Ou seja, em termos gerais, trata-se de um <\/span><b>conjunto de reglas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que hay <\/span><b>fuerza de ley<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y sirven para normalizar como <\/span><b>pr\u00e1cticas de uso de informaci\u00f3n <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">consideradas adecuadas no <\/span><b>ambiente electronico.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Ley General de Protecci\u00f3n de Dados Pessoais (LGPD) <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entrar en ellos <\/span><b>vigor en septiembre de 2020. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde entonces, el <\/span><b>brasil <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">entrar para el <\/span><b>rol de 120 pa\u00edses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que contiene uma <\/span><b>ley espec\u00edfica <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">para un <\/span><b>protecci\u00f3n de datos personales.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>Ley General de Protecci\u00f3n de Dados Pessoais<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Veo para <\/span><b>establecer reglas<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sobre un <\/span><b>coleta de dados personas <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">yo se <\/span><b>tratamiento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Segundo a lei, <\/span><b>\u201cdatos personales\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sano <\/span><b>Informaci\u00f3n relacionada <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a <\/span><b>persona natural identificada o identificada <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">mi <\/span><b>\u201ctratamiento de dados\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> soy como <\/span><b>operaciones <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">realizadas con eses <\/span><b>dados<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, como <\/span><b>coleta, acceso, procesamiento, utilizaci\u00f3n, armazenamento, reproducci\u00f3n, control de informaci\u00f3n, clasificaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, entre otros. E o <\/span><b>n\u00e3o cumprimento dessas regras<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> puede resultar en <\/span><b>penalizaciones significativas.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"O_que_acontece_com_a_empresa_que_descumprir_a_LGPD\"><\/span><strong>\u00bfO que acontece com una empresa que descumprir una LGPD?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es natural que hoy <\/span><b>lei <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">seja acompa\u00f1ada de <\/span><b>sanciones legales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> no caso de eventuales descumprimentos de suas <\/span><b>normas de vigilancia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
